Pseudo-crushes and quasi-crushes are just not good enough.

Tint FTW... Maybe?

JosephineJosephine acquired 3M tint from Mother's today.

2007.04.07 SHO-0001Tint-O-Licious.  My fault for not taking any photos before this but it definitely looks a lot better. As there was no tint before, save for the minimal amount in the glass from the factory, the windows were nearly as transparent as the windshield. In addition the tint will help keep the heat down, which here in Texas is always a bonus. Lifetime warranty against color change, bubbles, chipping, and all that rot. I have found a couple imperfections from the install, a couple scratches that is. There are some water bubbles, but those are evaporating away. I'll of course post an update as needed.

Update 2007.04.08.  It appears as though there are a couple spots that need addressed at Mother's. The drivers side rear window tint looks really bad at the top.  There's a scratch on the rear drivers side, as well as on the rear window.  They appear to be razor scratches. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what the word is on getting those issues addressed. I am still happy with the tint, we'll just see if they stand behind their workmanship as much as they stand behind the product.
