I've seen a couple mentions of the Sylvania Silver Star Bulbs, so I thought I'd shell out some loot and see just how good they really are. Let me preface this with stating that the bulbs themselves are not cheap. The head lights were $49.99 and each fog light was $19.99, at your local crap parts place, Autozone. However, with that being said, I feel the actual output of the bulbs, is worthy of this cost. Hopefully they are as long lasting as they claim to be as well.

Here's a shot of the bulbs in the packaging. After my last product shot, my room mate bitched at me about the condition of the back drop. It took me a full hour to clean that toilet just to get it all tidy for this one shot, so enjoy the duckies.

A side by side shot of the previous bulbs, which were *bulb type here*, and the Silver Star Ultras. While this shot may not be that impressive, as far as showing the actual output of the bulbs, the amount of light that is actually cast is definitely higher.
