Been putting it off for far too long. I recently picked up a vessel sink, and today/yesterday, whichever it was, I picked up a new counter as well as some curtains to go in front of the tub. The counter I got is from Ikea. It's a bunch of 1" slats of birch laminated together. It should look pretty cool when all is said and done. Photos to be posted as soon as I get unlazy enough to take some.
